Special Privilege for KTC Credit Card at AirPay

Discount Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at AirPay Application during 15 Sep 2020 – 31 Dec 2020 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC UNIONPAY cards.
3. The cardmembers who have spent on movie tickets with the card at the minimum of 100 Baht per sales slip at AirPay Application according to specified conditions, cardmembers will get up to 180 Baht discount as per following details:
   • New Users 》(cardmembers whom never book movie tickets via AirPay) get 100 Baht discount from regular price of products/services when spend a minimum spending of 100 Baht / transaction. Fill in promo code “KTCAIRPAY”. (KTC reserves the right to grant discount total of discount 1 time / 1 AirPay member throughout the promotional period, Total 3,000 codes throughout the promotional period)
   • Existing Users 》get 80 Baht discount from regular price of products/services when spend a minimum spending of 100 Baht / transaction. Fill in promo code “KTCMOVIE1” (KTC reserves the right to grant discount total of discount 1 time / 1 AirPay member / month, Total 6,000 codes throughout the promotional period)
4. Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
5. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
6. The cardmembers are required to sign up for AirPay membership before applying the discount and register KTC card with AirPay app.
7. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
5. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
6. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
