Privilege at Major Cineplex Courses Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at Major Cineplex every branches (*except Quartier CineArt) during 22 Nov 19 – 31 Dec 20 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to give the Combo Set e-Coupon by redeeming KTC Points via KTC Mobile under this promotion during 22 Nov 19 – 31 Dec 20 (“promotion period”) only. The cardmembers can receive the mentioned products at any theatre of Major Cineplex (except Quartier CineArt) by redeeming 999 KTC Points for a Combo Set: Popcorn 64 oz. + soft drink 32 oz. (1 set valued 215 Baht)
3. KTC FOREVER points will be automatically deducted from the KTC Points that were redeemed according to the specified number of KTC Points. KTC reserves the right to join this promotion to the cardmembers who have enough KTC Points according to the specified number of KTC Points for redemption only.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card and all types of KTC PROUD Cash Card.
5. The mentioned coupon will expire within 30 days after the day of redemption.

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
