“Discount up to 30% ” Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers(“a cardmember / cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating stores during June1’2020 – September30’2020 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING.
3. The cardmembers who have spent with the card at participating stores, cardmembers will get discount from regular price of products/services according to specified conditions.
4. Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
5. The additional discount which the cardmembers get under this promotion can be used as additional discount after all types of discounts offered by the participating.
6. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges cash back to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember / cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating stores / branches during June1’2020 – September 30’2020 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC ROYAL ORCHID PLUS all types, KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE,KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS ,type PET,space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 0613845000 (3 Baht/time), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th. In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4. If the registration has been processed more than 1 time, KTC will consider the first successful registration made for each card number only.
5. In the case that the cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from all card and will deduct KTC points from properly registered card for credit cashback which will be credited to the credit card account. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembersd is claims the privilege under this promotion.
6. The cardmembers who spend with card at every 500 Baht may redeem every 500 KTC Points to receive credit 15% cash back which will be credited to credit card account in accordance with specified conditions only.
7. Cash back granting will be calculated based on the spending amount which can be divided by 500 into a full number only,
8. KTC cardmembers must have remaining KTC points in the participating credit card account on the day where the points calculation is conducted by KTC more than or equal to the accumulated points which are eligible to redeem for cash back in order to receive cash back under the promotion campaign
9. KTC cardmembers who wish to transfer KTC points from any other KTC credit cards to the registered KTC credit card to get cash back under the promotion campaign must complete such transfer within the last calendar day of each month during the promotional period (June 30^th,2020 ,  July 31^st,2020 , August31^st,2020 , September30^th,2020 ).
10. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
11. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cast back under this promotion, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount starting from the successful registration day, and will also calculate sorted by the date and time of card spending transaction. The calculation will be processed on a monthly basis of the promotion period.
12. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmember’s credit card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month.  (June 30^th,2020 ,  July 31^st,2020 , August31^st,2020 , September30^th,2020 ).

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
5. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
6. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
