Special privileges for KTC Card

Terms and Conditions for Cash Back (By Tier) for Payment with KTC Card

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (Cardmember(s)”) who make card installment payment with 0% interest and credit line usage fee (“0%Installment Payment”) at participating stores during 1 June 2023 – 30 September 2023 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully on the day of Card transaction has been made by sending a SMS, text FRS <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number and # sign followed by spending amount per sales slip to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider)or by registering at www.ktc.co.th within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. Cardmembers will get cash back credited to their card account in accordance with the following card spending tiers:
   - Spending for installment payments or pay in full amount per sales slip 12,000 - 29,999 baht, get 120 baht cash back
   - Spending for installment payments or pay in full amount per sales slip 30,000 - 59,999 baht, get 350 baht cash back
   - Spending for installment payments or pay in full amount per sales slip 60,000 - 99,999 baht, get 750 baht cash back
   - Spending for installment payments or pay in full amount per sales slip 100,000 - 149,999 baht, get 1,400 baht cash back
   - Spending for installment payments or full payment per sales slip of 150,000 baht or more, receive a cash back of 2,500 baht
6. KTC will calculate cash back value based on total purchase amount of every sales slip before divided into monthly installments under same card number, and will credit cash back to card account within 60 days after the end of month that card transaction has been made.
7. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
8. The following expenditures will be excluded from this Promotion: cash advance, installment payment with KTC Card via KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online, interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, and any cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other type of refund.
9. KTC reserves the right to not offer all types of KTC points for the card spending amount which has been used to claim for cash back hereunder. For avoidance of doubt, Cardmembers will firstly receive KTC points into their card account automatically, then such KTC points will be deducted from their card account when cash back has been credited to such card account. Nevertheless, if KTC is unable to deduct the said KTC points from such card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit all eligible cash back to such Cardmember.
10. Privileges under this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaign.
11. Reserve the right to receive credit cash back up to 25,000 baht per 1 member per month.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD UNIONPAY/ MASTERCARD cash card (“Cardmember(s)”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 1 June 2023 – 30 September 2023 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.  
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text FRP, <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number and the # sign followed by the number of points you want to redeem to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. If the member cancels the card that participate in the program for any reason KTC will assume that members have waived their right to participate in this program.
6. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht
7. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder.
8. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month /In this regard,.

“General Terms and Conditions” for Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
