Terms & Conditions of the Promotional Campaign: “Earn 10X KTC Reward Points”

1. This promotional campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (“KTC”) to provide special privileges to KTC credit cardholders (“Cardholders”) who make transactions with their KTC credit card at Mercedes-Benz Mobility Thailand nationwide during the period 24 November 2025 – 31 May 2026 (“Campaign Period”), under the specified terms and conditions.
2. The following card types are excluded from this Campaign:All KTC CASH BACK credit cards, KTC – National Blood Service Center, Thai Red Cross Society credit card, KTC VISA CORPORATE credit card, KTC credit cards for government agencies,All KTC PROUD cash cards
3. Cardholders who make a down payment for a Mercedes-Benz Certified Used Car and use the financial services provided by Mercedes-Benz Mobility will earn 10X reward points during the Campaign Period.
4. The additional reward points under this Campaign are granted on top of the standard reward points earned from the eligible spending.
5. The type of reward points earned — KTC FOREVER or KTC ROP — will correspond to the type of KTC credit card used for the down payment transaction.
6. Cardholders will receive the additional reward points within 90 days from the last day of the month in which the transaction was made.
7. The additional reward points earned under this Campaign have no expiration date.
8. The number of additional reward points granted is subject to the agreement between the Cardholder and Mercedes-Benz Mobility. All other conditions follow the terms set by Mercedes-Benz Mobility. Cardholders are responsible for verifying all details before making the down payment with their KTC credit card.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
