Redeem KTC FOREVER Points for Cash Back Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (a cardmember/cardmembers) who have KTC FOREVER points (“reward points”) and made transactions using KTC credit cards (“a card/cards”) at Bangchak gas stations nationwide between 15 Sep 20 - 31 Dec 20 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following cards to join this promotion: all KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - Thai Red Cross National Blood Center, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES, and KTC PROUD cash card.
3. KTC reserves the right to only offer special privileges to cardmembers who register via SMS by typing BCP followed by a space and 16 credit card digits to 0613845000 (3 Baht/message). A confirmation message will be sent once registration is complete, or register on www.ktc.co.th/bangchak between 15 Sep 20 - 31 Dec 20 (“promotion period”) (only one registration is required throughout the promotion). Cardmembers must receive a confirmation text from KTC to confirm their participation in the promotion to qualify.
4. If the registration has been processed more than once, KTC will consider the first successful registration made for each card number only.
5. In the case that the cardmembers have more than one card that is eligible to participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from the properly registered card for credit cash backs which will be credited to the credit card account. In the case that cardmembers have cancelled the registered card under any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers have disclaimed the participation for privileges under this promotion.
6. When cardmembers make transactions for gas refills with KTC credit card at participating Bangchak gas stations with MCC Codes: 5541 and 5542 at 700 Baht up/sales slip, cardmembers may redeem KTC FOREVER points equivalent to the transaction amount for gas refills for 12% credit cash back based on the transaction value with successful points redemption. Cardmembers must have remaining points that are more or equal to the amount of the accumulated points that are to be used to redeem for credit cash back to earn credit cash back in this promotion.
7. In the case that spending amount per sales slip have Thai Satang, KTC reserves the right to round up an extra fraction to a Thai Baht for the calculation of KTC points redemption for credit cash backs under this promotion.
8. KTC points redemption for credit cash backs under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per one transaction only. Multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption.
9. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
10. For the calculation of  credit card spending amount to receive credit cash backs under this promotion, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount starting from the successful registration day, and will also calculate sorted by the date and time of card spending transaction. The calculation will be processed on a monthly basis following the calendar cycle. Cardmembers who wish to transfer KTC points from any other KTC credit card to the card registered for privileges under this promotion must complete the points transfer by the last day of each calendar month or the round of promotion (by 30 Sep 20, 31 Oct 20, 30 Nov 20 and 31 Dec 20).
11. KTC will credit cash backs into cardmembers’ credit card accounts within 60 days after the last day of each month following the calendar cycle (60 days after 30 Sep 20, 31 Oct 20, 30 Nov 20 and 31 Dec 20).

Earn 20 Baht Discount e-Coupons of Inthanin Beverages via the KTC Mobile App Terms & Conditions

1. KTC reserves the right to grant “20 Baht discount e-Coupons of Inthanin beverages” (“e-Coupon”) to cardmembers who have registered for KTC Mobile app and made transactions using KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) for gas refills at Bangchak gas stations nationwide within the promotion period according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following cards to join this promotion: all KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - Thai Red Cross National Blood Center, KTC SME COMMERCIAL VISA, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES, and KTC PROUD cash card.
3. Cardmember will earn one e-Coupon after successfully registering for the credit cash back in the first privilege.
4. KTC will send the e-Coupon to cardmembers who qualify and oblige to the terms and conditions of this promotion on the “KTC Mobile” application within 60 days after the last day of each month following the calendar cycle (60 days after 30 Sep 20, 31 Oct 20, 30 Nov 20 and 31 Dec 20). Cardmembers must accept the e-Coupon for usage as discount for Inthanin beverages within 15 days from the day it is received. If cardmembers do not accept the e-Coupon within the specified time, KTC reserves the right to cancel the e-Coupon immediately without prior notice.
   
   e-Coupon Push Notification Periods
   Cardmembers who have spending and successfully point redemption to get 12% cash back according to the condition in Sep 20 will receive e-Coupon within 30 Nov 20.
   Cardmembers who have spending and successfully point redemption to get 12% cash back according to the condition in Oct 20 will receive e-Coupon within 31 Dec 20.
   Cardmembers who have spending and successfully point redemption to get 12% cash back according to the condition in Nov 20 will receive e-Coupon within 31 Jan 21.
   Cardmembers who have spending and successfully point redemption to get 12% cash back according to the condition in Dec 20 will receive an e-Coupon within 28 Feb 21.
5. KTC reserves the right not to send retroactive e-Coupons for any “KTC Mobile” application registrations made after the date and time the transaction was made with KTC credit card.
6. e-Coupons in this promotion are only provided for transactions made with KTC credit card at 700 Baht up/sales slip after discounts from other sales promotion have been deducted. Multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption.
7. There is a limit of 10,000 e-Coupon usages throughout the duration of the promotion.
8. The e-Coupon in this promotion is only eligible for discount for one beverage at Inthanin. There is a limit of one coupon usage per receipt. The e-Coupon must be displayed to storefront employees, and phone screen captures are not allowed.
9. The e-Coupon in this promotion is eligible for all Inthanin stores except the Sky Lane branch.
10. KTC reserves the right to calculate the transaction amount with KTC credit card to grant special privileges in this promotion only using transaction balances for regular-priced products or services, and installment payments for products or services with KTC credit card calculated from the full balance before installments. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fines and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of products or services purchases and all refunds from the calculation to offer special privileges under this promotion.

“General Terms and Conditions”

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
5. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion.
