The Redeeming KTC FOREVER points via KTC Mobile App Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) with KTC FOREVER points (“a point/points”) who registered to use KTC Mobile app (“KTC Mobile app)” during 1 Jan 24 – 31 Dec 24 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES, and KTC PROUD.
3. KTC reserves the right to grant special privileges under this promotion to cardmembers who redeem 1,000 points for a discount code valued at 100 Baht via the KTC Mobile app according to specified conditions only.
4. Cardmembers’ points will be automatically deducted from cardmembers' credit card accounts used for redemption in the specified amount.
5. KTC reserves the right to only offer privileges in this promotion to cardmembers with sufficient points in the amount specified for points redemption. Cardmembers are not eligible to participate in this promotion if they do not have sufficient points.

The Redeeming e-Coupon via KTC Mobile App Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who registered to use KTC Mobile app and KTC Promo (“KTC Mobile app)” at participating SUSCO gas stations during 1 Jan 24 – 31 Dec 24 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. Please notify staff before each usage of this special privilege.
3. Only press redeem to use the e-Coupon in front of staff to receive the privilege.
4. KTC reserves the right not to accept e-Coupon codes from recordings or photos capturing from a mobile phone or computer screen under any circumstances.
5. 100 Baht discount e-Coupon on fuel are only redeemable on fuel refill transactions with a minimum value of 100 Baht or more per transaction at SUSCO gas stations.
6. e-Coupon expire 30 days starting from the day cardmembers redeem KTC FOREVER points via the KTC Mobile app.

General Terms and Conditions

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
