Terms & Conditions to Get Credit Cash Back

1. This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have registered for the KTC Mobile app and made transactions for products or services using a KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) between 15 Jan 21 - 30 Jun 21 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude the following cards from joining this promotion: all KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - Thai Red Cross National Blood Center, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES, and all KTC personal loans cards.
3. The “credit cash back e-Coupon” privilege in this promotion is only granted to cardmembers selected by the Firm. Selected cardmembers are required to use and pay for participating services with a KTC credit card per transaction only.
• Get Credit Cash Back E-Coupons for making 0% installment payments at all participating merchant branches, as follows:
1. Get a 200 Baht credit cash back e-Coupon for making installment payments valued at 10,000 – 29,999 Baht per transaction
2. Get a 800 Baht credit cash back e-Coupon for making installment payments valued at 30,000 – 49,999 Baht per transaction
3. Get a 1,500 Baht credit cash back e-Coupon for making installment payments valued at 50,000 – 79,999 Baht per transaction
4. Get a 2,500 Baht credit cash back e-Coupon for making installment payments valued at 80,000 Baht or more per transaction
4. *KTC reserves the right to exempt the grant of regular KTC FOREVER points for the payment balance made with a KTC credit card used to calculate to earn credit cash back in this promotion. Cardmembers will automatically receive regular KTC points and the accumulating points will be deducted from their credit card accounts on the same day the credit cash backs are credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from cardmembers’ credit card accounts, KTC reserves the right to not credit cash backs under this promotion to cardmembers.
• Get Credit Cash Back Redemption e-Coupons of the transaction balance for qualifying installment payments and the usage of every 2,500 KTC FOREVER points for 300 Baht credit cash back
1. Get a 600 Baht credit cash back redemption e-Coupon for making installment payments valued at 5,000 – 9,999 Baht per transaction
2. Get a 1,200 Baht credit cash back redemption e-Coupon for making installment payments valued at 10,000 – 29,999 Baht per transaction
3. Get a 1,800 Baht credit cash back redemption e-Coupon for making installment payments valued at 30,000 – 49,999 Baht per transaction
4. Get a 2,400 Baht credit cash back redemption e-Coupon for making installment payments valued at 50,000 – 79,999 Baht per transaction
5. Get a 3,000 Baht credit cash back redemption e-Coupon for making installment payments valued at 80,000 Baht or more per transaction
5. *Cardmembers must have remaining points that are more or equal to the amount of points that are to be used to redeem for credit cash backs in the registered credit card account for the promotion on the day KTC calculates the points. Should cardmembers have remaining points in their credit card accounts less than the transaction amount, KTC reserves the right to only use accumulated rewards points to redeem for additional credit cash backs according to the remaining points balance in cardmembers’ accounts.
6. KTC reserves the right to calculate the transaction amount with a KTC credit card to grant special privileges in this promotion only using transaction balances for regular-priced products or services, and installment payments for products or services with KTC credit card calculated from the full balance before installments. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fines and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of products or services purchases and all refunds from the calculation to offer special privileges under this promotion.
7. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
8. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
9. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
10. Other conditions which are not specified in this list shall be as specified by the store. Please check conditions before purchasing products / services.
11. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
