1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating storesduring 1 July 2019 - 30 September 2019 (“promotion period”)according to specified conditions only. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion : all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card and KTC PROUD.
2. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration via SMS type CMC space followed by 16-digit card number and send to 061 384 5000 (3 Baht/SMS or by registering atwww.ktc.co.th/cosmetic.Within the date of purchase, only 1 time per 1 card number that wishes to request a cash back credit Once registered, receive privileges throughout the promotionand must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
3. For the calculation of spending amount with the registered card in order to receive the privilege under this promotion, KTC will calculate starting from the successful registration day up until last day of the promotion period. KTC will credit cash back into the cardmembers’ credit card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month.
4. In the case that the cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spendinga mount from properly registered card for credit cashback which will be credited to the credit card account. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
5. KTC reserves the right to not give all types of KTC points for the spending amount with card that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion. The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from the cardmembers’s credit card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.

The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back 12% under this promotion are required to make a registration via SMS typeCMRspace followedby 16-digit card number and send to 061 384 5000 (3 Baht/SMS) and following with # the amount in sale slip.Within the date of purchase only ,Can not register across the day or back from the date the cardmember has spent.If the spending has a decimal point, the decimal point must also be entered. Including not having to put a "," in the spending amount such as 4,500.50 or by registering at www.ktc.co.th/cosmetic(For registration through the website, specify the amount of spending per sales slip without having to put a mark“ # “ and decimal point such as spending 4,500.50, fill in the total amount 4,500 ).
3. KTC Points redemption for additional cash back under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only and multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption.If there is any different amount occurring, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
4. KTC reserves the right to give cash back by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for cash back in accordance with specified conditions only.
5. The KTC FOREVER points is to beautomaticallydeductedfrom the accountaccording to the number of points thatcardmembersredeem for cash back. KTC willtransfer the cash back into KTC creditcardaccount of cardmemberswithin 60 daysfrom last date of each calendar month.

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
