1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who make payments for goods/services with KTC credit card at Samsung.com during 1 Apr 23 – 30 Jun 23 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card. and/or KTC PROUD cash card
3. The 0% installment payment with KTC card is for the payment of goods/services that participate in this promotion according to specified conditions only.
4. Goods/services that do not participate in the 0% KTC card installment service according to this promotion and have a minimum price of 3,000 baht or more, can pay installments via KTC card installment services via KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online which has interest rates and fees of 0.74% credit line for a maximum of 10 months. For KTC credit card and interest rate and credit usage fee rate 0.99% per month, in case of 3 - 18 months installment payment and 1.16% per month, in case of payment period of more than 18 months for KTC PROUD cash card.

Terms and Conditions for Cash Back for 0% Installment Payment with KTC Card

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (Cardmember(s)”) who make card installment payment with 0% interest and credit line usage fee (“0%Installment Payment”) at Samsung.com during 1 Apr 23 – 30 Jun 23 according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully on the day of Card transaction has been made by entering the code SM6PC on the Samsung.com.
4. Members will receive cash back credit into the card account. by calculating from the amount spent via the card Only participating products
5. KTC will calculate cash back value based on total purchase amount of every sales slip before divided into monthly installments under same card number, and will credit cash back to card account within 60 days after of month that card transaction has been made.
6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
7. KTC reserves the right to not offer all types of KTC points for the card spending amount which has been used to claim for cash back hereunder. For avoidance of doubt, Cardmembers will firstly receive KTC points into their card account automatically, then such KTC points will be deducted from their card account when cash back has been credited to such card account. Nevertheless, if KTC is unable to deduct the said KTC points from such card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit all eligible cash back to such Cardmember.
8. Privileges under this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaign.
9. Limited to 300 privileges throughout the program.

KTC FOREVER points for cash back redemption terms and conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the credit cash back to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at Samsung.com during 1 Apr 23 – 30 Jun 23. (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card. and/or KTC PROUD cash card
3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type ESP space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 0613845000 (3 Baht/time), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th. The cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4. If the registration has been processed more than 1 time, KTC will consider the registration that has been done successfully of each credit card number only.
5. The cardmembers who spend with card at the minimum of 2,000 Baht per sales slip may redeem at least 1,000 KTC FOREVER Points to receive credit cash back in accordance with specified conditions only.
6. In the case that spending amount per sales slip have Thai Satang, KTC reserves the right to round up an extra fraction to a Thai Baht for the calculation of KTC Points redemption for a credit cash back under this promotion.
7. KTC Points redemption for credit cash back under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. Multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption.
8. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmember’s credit card account within 60 days after the end of the month spent

General Terms and Conditions” for Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
