Privileges for KTC Credit Card at HYDE Heritage Thonglor

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER or KTC ROP points ("KTC Points") and spend on card at participating stores during 01 Nov 25 - 31 Mar 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion:  all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE , KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC PROUD and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
3. Cardmembers who spend on card 1 Beedroom at the 100,000 Baht per sales slip at participating store, will earn 200,000 KTC Points into their card account in accordance to the specified terms and conditions.
4. Cardmembers who spend on card 2 Beedroom at the 200,000 Baht per sales slip at participating store, will earn 500,000 KTC Points into their card account in accordance to the specified terms and conditions.
5. Cardmembers who spend on card 3 Beedroom at the 300,000 Baht per sales slip at participating store, will earn 1,000,000 KTC Points into their card account in accordance to the specified terms and conditions.
6. KTC will credit Extra KTC Points to Cardmembers’ card account within 60 days after [the end of the month that cardmembers received room from participating store].

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
