Terms and Conditions for Complimentary Gift

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD UNIONPAY/ MASTERCARD cash card  (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at Participating Hospital during 1 August 2024 – 31 October 2024 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. When the cardmembers have spent amount via KTC credit card on health check-up package according to specified conditions, cardmembers will get Special Gift or Starbucks gift card as follows;
   • Get special gift when purchasing health check-up package as specified
   When spending 5,000 baht or more per sales slip, get shopping bag value 300 baht 
   (For KTC-Bangkok Hospital Group credit card, spending 4,000 baht or more)
   The cardmembers who want to receive complimentary gift under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type HPS, space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 061 384 5000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th only 1 time per 1 sales slip per 1 card number, with registration required every time transaction within the day that the spending has occurred. In this regard, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration and KTC will deliver complimentary gift to members at the address that the member gave to KTC within 60 days from the end of the month that the member has spending via the card.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer special gift under this promotion only up to 1 privilege per sales slip per card number per day.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card
5. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
6. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
7. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
8. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 1 August 2024 - 31 October 2024 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.   
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text HOV, <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
6. Cardmembers who spend on card for vaccine program, will be eligible to redeem 1,999 KTC FOREVER Points for 300 baht cash back as specified in the terms and conditions.
7. Prices and list of participating vaccines are as specified by the hospital/clinic.
8. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month. 
9. Cash back offering hereunder is up to 1 privilege / sales slip / 1 card number only.
