Privilege 1 : Get special gift when purchasing health check-up package as specified

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at Praram 9  Hospital during 24 June 2022 – 31 August 2022  (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card
3. When the cardmembers have spent amount via KTC credit card on health check-up package according to specified conditions, cardmembers will get free gifts as follows;
   - When spending 5,000 baht or more per sales slip, get temperature bag value 350 baht
   - When spending 20,000 baht or more per sales slip, get 20 inch luggage value 2,650 baht
   - When spending 70,000 baht or more per sales slip, get air purifier value 3,590 baht
   The cardmembers who want to receive special gift under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type HPS, space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 061 384 5000 (3 Baht/time), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th only 1 time per 1 sales slip per 1 card number, with registration required every time transaction within the day that the spending has occurred. In this regard, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration and KTC will deliver the gift  to members at the address that the member gave to KTC within 60 days from the end of the month that the member has spending via the card.KTC reserves the right to offer gifts under this promotion only up to 1 privilege per 1 sales slip per 1 card number per day only.
   KTC reserves the right to exclude spending amount under cash advance, installment payment with KTC Card by KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online transaction, interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
4. KTC reserves the right to offer special gift under this promotion only up to 1 privilege per sales slip per card number per day.
5. KTC reserves the right to exclude all types of KTC points for spending with all types of KTC MASTERCARD credit cards at hospitals under MCC 9399 and all types of KTC UNIONPAY at hospitals under MCC 9399 and MCC 8062.

Privilege 2: Use 1,999 KTC FOREVER points to redeem for 300 baht cash back.

1. KTC reserve the right to redeem cash back credit under this promotion only for members who have KTC FOREVER points (“points”) and use the card to pay for vaccines according to the specified list during the entry period according to the specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS, KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, all types of KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type HOV, space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 061 384 5000 (3 Baht/time), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th only 1 time per 1 sales slip per 1 card number, with registration required every time transaction within the date that the spending has occurred. In this regard, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4. Cardmembers who use the card to pay for the vaccines according to the list. Can use 1,999 points to redeem for cash back worth 300 baht according to the specified conditions.
5. Prices and list of participating vaccines are as specified by the hospital / clinic.
6. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmember’s credit card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month.
7. KTC Points redemption for credit cash back under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only.
8. KTC reserve the right to redeem cash back credit under this promotion only members who have points in the card account of members enough to redeem the service according to the specified conditions only.

General Terms and Conditions

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
