KTC FOREVER points for cash back redemption terms and conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the credit cash back to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) for Teleconsultation service at Samitivej Virtual Hospital during 1 April 2021 – 30 September 2021 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only. Exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS all types, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
2. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type HOP, space following by 16-digit credit card number #numbers of points to redeem and send to 0613845000 (3 Baht/time) or by registering at ktc.promo/hospital-benchakittipark. In this regard, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
3. If the registration has been processed more than 1 time, KTC will consider the registration that member have specified the greatest number of points to be redeemed.
4. In the case that the cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from properly registered card for credit cash back which will be credited to the credit card account. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
5. The cardmembers who spend with card at the minimum of 1,000 Baht per sales slip may redeem 1,000 KTC Points to receive credit cash back in accordance with specified conditions only.
6. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cast back under this promotion, KTC will calculate only the spending amount that can be divisible by 1,000 which will calculate every 1,000 Baht for every 13% credit cash back.
7. If the cardmembers has points less than the amount spent per sales slip, KTC reserves the right to convert points to cash back according to the amount of points remaining in the cardmember’s credit card account that can be divisible by 1,000.
8. KTC Points redemption for credit cash back under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. Multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption.
9. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion to only the cardmembers who has enough KTC Points in the cardmember's card account to be redeemed according to the specified condition.
10. KTC reserves the right to exclude spending amount under cash withdrawal, installment payment with KTC Card by KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online transaction, interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
11. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cast back under this promotion, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount starting from the successful registration day.
12. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmember’s credit card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month.
13. Consultation fee is 500 Baht per 15 minutes. Terms and conditions applied by Samitivej Virtual Hospital.
14. KTC reserves the right to exclude all types of KTC points for spending with all types of KTC MASTERCARD credit cards at hospitals under MCC 9399 and all types of KTC UNIONPAY at hospitals under MCC 9399 and MCC 8062.

General Terms and Conditions

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
5. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
6. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
