Medical Expense Installment Payment terms and conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at Siriraj Hospital during 15 January 2021 – 31 December 2021 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. The cardmembers are required to make an installment payment transaction before the billing date of cardmembers in each billing cycle only.
3. In the case the installment payment with KTC has proceeded, the cardmembers cannot cancel it.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
6. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
7. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
8. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
9. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacture, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
10. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.

1. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE,KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
2. The cardmembers who have spending amount with KTC credit card at the participating hospital at 3,000 Baht up can change the spending amount into 10 month installment payment with 0.69% interest and credit line usage fee and can still earn cash back in to their credit card account equal to the interest for the first 3 months by notifying KTC via KTC PHONE 02 123 5000 press 4 before each billing date of the cardmembers.
3. KTC will credit a credit cash back of the first 3 months interest into the cardmembers’ credit card account within 60 days after the posting date of each billing cycle.
4. KTC reserve the right to exclude all types of KTC points for spending via the card who participate in this installment payment for the whole amount (10 months)
5. In the case the cardmembers notify to close the balance before the agreed installment period, they must pay for all the remaining principal and interest.

1. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to receive a credit cash back under this promotion: KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE,KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
2. The cardmembers who spend with KTC credit card at the participating hospital at 3,000 Baht up can redeem 50% of KTC FOREVER points earned from the spending for the right to change the mentioned spending to installment payment with KTC with 0% interest and credit line usage fee for 3, 6 and 10 months by notifying KTC via KTC PHONE 02 123 5000 press 4 before each billing date of the cardmembers only.
3. KTC reserves the right to exclude all types of KTC points for spending with all types of KTC MASTERCARD credit cards at hospitals under MCC 9399 and all types of KTC UNIONPAY at hospitals under MCC 9399 and MCC 8062.
4. KTC reserves the right for the cardmembers who have KTC Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for installment payment right in accordance with specified conditions only.
5. In the case the cardmembers have paid for the 0% installment payment before the agreed installment period, KTC reserves the right to not return the KTC Points redeemed under this promotion.

1. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK,KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE,KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
2. In the case the donation with KTC has proceeded, the cardmembers cannot cancel it.
3. The cardmembers acknowledge and agree to KTC to deliver the name-surname and addresses of members who donate to the foundation for send a receipt for tax deduction to cardmembers, the conditions for issuing a receipt are as specified by the foundation.
4. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion without prior notice.
