1. Advance reservation is required through www.redplanethotels.com with the voucher code which appear on email and the reservation are subject to room availability.
2. Please ensure you keep your voucher code confidential and secure - once the voucher code has been redeemed by any party, it is no longer valid for use.
3. The voucher code is valid for one-time use and cannot be extended or exchanged for cash or cash rebate.
4. Amendment/cancellation policies will be applied according to hotel’s rule
5. In case of a no-show at the time of check in, the voucher code will not being usable for that stay
6. Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

The promotion for special rate, Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC is prepared to provide benefits for all KTC credit card members ("Members") who spend via KTC credit card (“card”) for Red Planet Hotels Thailand during 1 Jul 2020 – 31 Jul 2020 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.  KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion:  all types of KTC-SCG VISA PURCHASING, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES and all types of KTC PROUD.
2. The above rate are net price per room per night (room only - breakfast excluded)
3. The privileges under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

Conditions of redeem cash back

1. The promotion for cash back ("List"), Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC is prepared to provide benefits for all KTC credit card members ("Members") who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend via KTC credit card ("card ") at Red Planet Hotels Thailand during 1 Jul 2020 – 31 Jul 2020 ("Program Period") only. Except for those who have following credit card: all types of KTC CASH BACK, all types of KTC-ROYAL ORCHID PLUS, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA SME COMMERCIAL, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card and all types of KTC PROUD.
2. The members must download and register KTC Mobile application before making the payments and required to redeem via KTC Mobile Application only.
3. We reserve the right for members who have minimum spending THB 1,000 per sales slip and eligible to get a e-Coupon via KTC Mobile Application for using 1,000 KTC FOREVER points to redeem THB 150 credit cash back and members must press to redeem credit cash back within 3 days after receiving the e-Coupon and cash rebate will be credited into credit card account within 2 days upon redeem. If members do not press to redeem credit cash back within due date. KTC reserves the right to cancel the e-Coupon immediately.

5. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.

KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.

KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
