“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who paying premiums for life insurance premiums of Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance Plc. on products that can be paid by credit card, both first-year premiums and/or renewal premiums, through all sales channels,  with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating stores during 1 July 2025 – 31 December 2025 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude cash advance, insurance premium type Unit Linked, insurance premium automatic payment with KTC credit card, KTC PHONE transaction, interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of extra KTC Points and/or credit cash back offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
3. In the event that a member registers for more than 1 privilege (credit cash back up to 1.5% and special points up to 25%), KTC reserves the right to offer benefits according to the last registered privilege.
4. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cast back or extra points, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount from the first day to the last day on a calendar monthly basis starting from the successful registration day. The calculation will be processed on a monthly basis until the end of the promotion period in accordance with specified conditions.
5. KTC will credit/transfer a credit cash back/extra points into the cardmembers’s credit card account within 60 days after the end of the month spent.
6. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
7. Conditions for consideration of insurance and coverage are as specified by Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance Public Company Limited.
8. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
9. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
10. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
11. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly call 1159.

Conditions for receiving cashback up to 2%

1. KTC reserves the right to offer a maximum cash back benefit of 1.5% for first-year insurance premiums and up to 1% for renewal premiums under this promotion to KTC credit cardmembers (“Cardmembers”) who pay life insurance premiums to Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance Public Company Limited using a KTC credit card (“Card”) with a minimum spending of 10,000 Baht per sales slip during the period from 1 July 2025-31 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”), and strictly in accordance with the specified terms and conditions.
2. The privileges under this promotion are offered to KTC credit cardmembers except for those who have following credit card: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC SENIOR all types, KTC VISA all types, KTC JCB all types, KTC UNIONPAY all types and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back 1.5% under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type KA1, space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 061-384-5000 (cost depends on the service provider) before transaction date, or by registering at www.ktc.co.th. In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4. In the case that the cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from properly registered card for credit cash back which will be credited to the credit card account. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
5. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cast back, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount from the first day to the last day on a calendar monthly basis starting from the successful registration day. The calculation will be processed on a monthly basis until the end of the promotion period in accordance with specified conditions.
6. KTC reserves the right to not give all types of KTC points for the spending amount with card that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion. The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from the cardmembers’s credit card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmember

Conditions for receiving extra point up to 25%

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who paying premiums for life insurance premiums of Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance Plc. from 10,000 baht or more per sales slip with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating stores during 1 July 2025 – 31 December 2025 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. The privileges under this promotion are offered to KTC credit cardmembers except for those who have following credit card: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC SENIOR all types, KTC VISA all types, KTC JCB all types, KTC UNIONPAY all types and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The cardmembers who wish to get extra points under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type KA2, space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 061-384-5000 (cost depends on the service provider) before transaction date, or by registering at www.ktc.co.th. In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4. The extra points according to this list will be calculated from the normal points earned by members. Which is charged at the rate of payment of insurance premiums via the card, every 25 baht, receive 1 normal point, receive unlimited.
5. Extra points that members receive according to this program will expire on December 31, 2026.

Up to 13% Cashback Terms and Conditions

1. This 13% credit cashback point redemption campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the credit cash back to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend Krungthai-AXA life insurance premiums with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) during promotion period according to specified conditions only.
2. The privileges under this promotion are offered to KTC credit cardmembers except for those who have following credit card: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC ROYAL ORCHID PLUS all types, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC SENIOR all types and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back 13% under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type KAR, space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 061-384-5000 (cost depends on the service provider), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th within transaction date. In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.

4. In the event that a member registers for more than 1 time per policy, KTC will only adhere to the registration with the maximum number of points used to redeem the cash back. 5. Members who pay life insurance premiums of Krung Thai-AXA Life Insurance PCL through every 1,000 Baht card or more per sales slip Within the program period Members can use every 1,000 points to redeem 13% of the spending amount of every 1,000 baht (or 130 baht in total) according to the specified conditions.
   For example, members have a payment of life insurance premiums via the card of 35,800 baht per sales slip member.
   > Can use 35,000 points to redeem 4,550 Baht cash rebate or use every 1,000 points per spending every 1,000 baht. Redeem 130 Baht cash rebate according to specified conditions.
6. Members can redeem points for cash back according to the conditions specified for the payment of life insurance premiums per 1 sales slip only. Cannot separate or combine receipts or sales slips.
7. KTC reserves the right to give the products by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for the products in accordance with specified conditions only.
8. Points will be automatically deducted from the points of the card used for redemption, according to the number of points used by the member to redeem the cash back credit in this program.
9. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cast back under this promotion, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount starting from the successful registration day, and will also calculate sorted by the date and time of card spending transaction. The calculation will be processed at the end of the promotion period.
