Cash Back Terms and Conditions
1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) during 20 November 2020 – 28 February 2021 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type P12, space following by 16-digit credit card number and # point amount to redeem then send to 0613845000 (3 Baht/time), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th. In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4. Participating online stores are AIS Online Store, True Online Store, DTAC Online Store and Power Buy Online
5. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers who spend with the card at the participating stores only for a transaction which is 4 months Installment payment up with KTC card plan during promotion period only.
6. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers whose name and family name shown on identification card is consistent with the name shown on the registered card only.
7. In the case that the cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from properly registered card for credit cash back which will be credited to the credit card account. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
8. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
9. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cast back, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount from the first day to the last day on a calendar monthly basis starting from the successful registration day. The calculation will be processed on a monthly basis until the end of the promotion period in accordance with specified conditions.
10. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion only up to 10 sales slip per 1 cardmember throughout the promotion period.
11. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmembers’s credit card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month.
12. KTC reserves the right to not give all types of KTC points for the installment payment with KTC card plan at Power Buy and Power Mall
13. KTC reserves the right to not give credit cash back for the 0% installment payment with KTC card plan 15 months campaign.
14. KTC reserves the right to not give all types of KTC points for the spending amount with card that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion. The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from the cardmembers’s credit card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.
15. The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaign.

KTC FOREVER points for cash back redemption terms and conditions
1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the credit cash back to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating stores during 20 November 2020 – 28 February 2021 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.

6. The cardmembers who having installment payment amount with card at the minimum of 5,000 Baht per sales slip may redeem at the minimum of 5,000 KTC Points to receive credit cash back in accordance with specified conditions only.
7. KTC Points redemption for credit cash back under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. Multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption.
8. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
9. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cast back under this promotion, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount starting from the successful registration day, and will also calculate sorted by the date and time of card spending transaction. The calculation will be processed on a monthly basis.
10. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmember’s credit card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month.

On Top Discount Terms and Conditions
1. 5. Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.

General Terms and Conditions
1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
