1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating stores during November 1st, 2020 – January 31st, 2021 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. The cardmembers who shop with the card according to specified conditions via at www.passiondelivery.com, cardmembers will receive the following discounts. For selected items only.
   • Get 300 Baht discount when spend a minimum spending of 1,500 Baht / transaction from regular price of products/services. Fill in promo code “KTCPDNEW300” upon checkout. *For cardmembers whom never shop at www.passiondelivery.com. KTC reserves the right to grant discount total of discount 1 time / 1 Passiondelivery member throughout the promotional period.
   • Get 500 Baht discount when spend a minimum spending of 3,500 Baht / transaction from regular price of products/services. Fill in promo code “KTCPD500” upon checkout.
3. Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. The cardmembers are required to sign up for Passiondelivery membership before applying the discount.
6. The discount cannot be transferred to any third party, nor may it be exchanged into cash.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.

KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
5. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion.
