Get 5% Cash Back When you use a combination of KTC FOREVER points and KTC Credit Card at KTC APPLE REWARDS STORE

1.    This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the credit cash back to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) and redeem KTC Points during 1 Aug 2019 – 31 August 2019 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2.    KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3.    KTC reserves the right to give cash back to the cardmembers for spending amount and redeem KTC Points via KTC Apple Rewards Store (www.ktc.applerewardstore.com) website only, by calculating the additional spending amount in order to give 5% cash back. This privilege of cash back is for credit card number that the cardmembers used for transaction on KTC Apple Rewards Store (www.ktc.applerewardstore.com) website only.
4.    KTC reserves the right to not give all types of KTC FOREVER points (normal and extra) for the spending amount with card that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion, and also not take the spending amount to give X2 KTC FOREVER points that is the privilege of the card for year 2019. The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from the cardmembers’ credit card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.
5.    KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmember’s credit card account within 60 days after the end of promotion period. 
6.    KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
7.    KTC reserves the right to offer the cash back under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period  until the day on which the cash back is transferred to the credit card account of the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.  
8.    The cash back under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.

10.    KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion.
