This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating stores during March 1st , 2022 – July 31st, 2022 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. The cardmembers who spend with the card according to specified conditions via www.tohome.com, cardmembers will get discounts up to 12% when spend at minimum of 2,500 Baht/ transaction from regular price of products/services as per details below.
   • Get 12% discount for cardmembers whom never spent at tohome. Fill in promo code “TH12KTC”.
   • Get 10% discount for current tohome members. Fill in promo code “TH10KTC”.
3. KTC reserves the right to grant discount total of discount 1 time / 1 tohome member/ promo code throughout the promotional period. Limit value of maximum discount of 600 Baht.
4. This promotion is valid for the customers who make a full payment only.
5. KTC cardmembers must sign up for tohome.com and log in before applying the discount.
6. Non-participating products including Flash sale, Clearance sale and any other promotion.
7. In the case of transaction cancellation by a customer, the company reserves the right to refund only the amount which was paid for a product by a customer only.
8. Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
9. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.

KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
