1.    This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges of discount to KTC credit cardmembers (a cardmember/cardmembers) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at Hall of Fame, Fashion Hall, Fashion Gallery 1, Main Hall 2 Siam Paragon and WATCH GALLERIA department at Paragon Department Store during 9 July 2019 – 7 August 2019, WATCH GALLERIA department at Paragon Department Store during 8 August 2019– 30 September 2019, WATCH GALLERIA department at The MALL Department Store every branch, Emporium Department Store, and  Blu’ Port Hua Hin during 9 July 2019 – 30 September 2019 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2.    KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion:  all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC- THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
3.    KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion only for cardmembers who spend with card only. The cardmembers may redeem KTC Points to receive discount for goods/services purchase in accordance with specified conditions only.
4.    In the case that spending amount per sales slip has Thai Satang, KTC reserves the right to round up an extra fraction to a Thai Baht for the calculation of KTC Points redemption for discount under this promotion.
5.    KTC Points redemption for discount under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only and multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption. If there is any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
6.    The discount that the cardmembers receive under this promotion can be used as additional discount after all types of discounts offered by the participating stores.
7.    KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for a discount in accordance with specified conditions only.
8.    KTC reserves the right to enjoy interest-free installment payment with KTC to cardmembers who pay for participating goods/services according to specified conditions only.
9.    KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
10.    For goods/services that do not participate in the interest-free installment payment with KTC under this promotion, the cardmembers can enjoy installment payment with KTC via KTC PHONE/ KTC Mobile/ KTC Online with 0.80% interest and credit line usage fee for up to 10 months under condition that the goods/services minimum price is 3,000 Baht.
11.    KTC Points redemption for discount under this promotion does not include the payment of gift voucher, gift card, top up card, alcoholic beverages, drugs/medicines and does not include any products sold in rental booths or shops.
12.    The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
13.    KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
14.    KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
15.    Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.16.
