Special privilege for KTC JCB PLATINUM cardmembers at Gourmet Market and Home Fresh Mart

1. Exclusively for JCB credit card issued in Thailand.
2. Promotion period from 1 August 2021 – 31 December 2021.
3. Minimum payment from 800 Baht per sales slip after discount and cannot combine the sales slip.
4. Limited 1,500 vouchers per month or 7,500 vouchers throughout the promotion period on first comes, first served basis.
5. JCB credit card and sales slip must be presented for voucher redemption on the transaction date at the Customer Service Counter at Gourmet Market and Home Fresh Mart branch.
6. Participated branches : The Mall Ramkamheang, The Mall Bangkae, The Mall Bangkapi, The Mall Korat, The Mall Lifestore Thapra, The Mall Lifestore Ngamwongwan, Emporium, EmQuartier and Paragon
7. This promotion cannot be used with the following items: wholesale (7 or more items bearing the same barcode / receipt), bulk pack of M-150’s products and Birdy’s products, electronics, alcoholic beverages, tobacco, infant formula and follow-up formula of baby milk powder, baby dietary supplement, cooking oil, cooking sugar, bill payment, gift voucher, prepaid card, rental shop, food court, medicine, medical supplies and some cosmeceutical products.
8. This promotion excludes wholesale customers and those who intend to resell the products.
9. The gift voucher cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash and is not valid with any other promotions.
10. This voucher must be used with JCB credit card at any Gourmet Market and Home Fresh Mart Branch. Excluding Gourmet Market online (www.gourmetmarketthailand.com/).
11. Order via Grab, Dolfin Order and Collect, Chat&Shop, Phone&Delivery and Click&Collect are excluded in this promotion.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services
5. purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
