1. This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to give KTC points to KTC credit cardmembers (a cardmember/cardmembers) who have KTC FOREVER or KTC ROP points ("KTC Points") and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating supermarkets during 1 NOV 22 – 31 JAN 23 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC UNIONPAY, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC- THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
3. Cardmembers who wish to earn extra KTC Points under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type SUP, followed by a space, 16-digit credit card digits and send to 0613845000 (3 Baht/message), or by registering at ktc.promo/supermarketQ42022. Only one time registration is required throughout the promotion period. In this regard, cardmembers must receive KTC’s registration confirmation message in order to participate in this promotion.
4. KTC reserves the right to start calculating the spending amount with a KTC credit card to grant extra KTC points under this promotion from the day cardmembers successfully registered to participate in this promotion only. KTC will exclude the spending amount made before promotion registration (if any) from the calculation to grant extra KTC points under this promotion under any circumstances, i.e. for cardmembers who registered to participate in the promotion on 15 NOV 22 and spent 2,000 Baht or more with a KTC credit card in NOV 22, KTC will calculate the spending amount to grant extra KTC points to cardmembers under this promotion from NOV 22 as the first month and grant 2x KTC points. KTC will calculate the spending amount from the date of successful registration (15 NOV 22 ) only.
5. If the registration has been processed more than 1 time, KTC will consider the registration that has been done successfully for the first time of each credit card number only.
6.     ⦁ Earn 6x KTC points in the 3rd month (1x regular point + 5x extra points)
KTC reserves the right to limit the grant of extra KTC points under this privilege. Extra KTC points that will be granted will be calculated from the spending amount made with a KTC credit card limited to up to 2,000 Baht per month and only up to 640 KTC points per cardmember throughout the promotion period.

    First example Cardmembers who registered to participate in the promotion in NOV 22 and spent 2,000 Baht with a KTC credit card in NOV 22, 2,000 Baht with a KTC credit card in DEC 22, and 2,000 Baht with a KTC credit card in JAN 23, will earn the following KTC points:
    ⦁ Earn 2x or 160 KTC points for the spending amount made in AUG (80 regular points and 80 extra points)
    ⦁ Earn 3x or 240 KTC points for the spending amount made in SEP (80 regular points and 160 extra points)
    ⦁ Earn 6x or 480 KTC points for the spending amount made in OCT (80 regular points and 400 extra points)

    Second example Cardmembers who registered to participate in the promotion in NOV 22 and spent 2,000 Baht with a KTC credit card in NOV 22, 1,500 Baht with a KTC credit card in DEC 22, and 2,000 Baht with a KTC credit card in JAN 23 , will earn the following KTC points:
    ⦁ Earn 2x or 160 KTC points for the spending amount made in NOV 22 (80 regular points and 80 extra points)
    ⦁ Cardmembers will not earn extra points for the accumulated spending amount made in DEC 22 with a KTC credit card as it does not reach the minimum requirement of 2,000 Baht per month
    ⦁ Earn 3x or 240 KTC points for the spending amount made in JAN 23 (80 regular points and 160 extra points)

    Third example Cardmembers who registered to participate in the promotion in NOV 22 and spent 1,500 Baht with a KTC credit card in NOV 22 , 1,500 Baht with a KTC credit card in DEC 22, and 2,000 Baht with a KTC credit card in JAN 23, will earn the following points:
    ⦁ Cardmembers will not earn extra points for the accumulated spending amount made in NOV 22 with a KTC credit card as it does not reach the minimum requirement of 2,000 Baht per month
    ⦁ Cardmembers will not earn extra points for the accumulated spending amount made in DEC 22 with a KTC credit card as it does not reach the minimum requirement of 2,000 Baht per month
    ⦁ Earn 2x or 160 KTC points for the spending amount made in JAN 23 (80 regular points and 80 extra points)
8. In the event that the member has spending via the card as an installment payment .KTC will calculate the spending amount in that month of the member by taking the monthly installment payment to calculate to give special points according to this list according to the specified conditions.
9. KTC will credit extra KTC points into cardmembers’ credit card accounts within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month.
10. The extra KTC points received under this promotion will expire on 31 JAN 24

KTC FOREVER points for cash back redemption terms and conditions
1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the credit cash back to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at all stores under category Supermarket, MCC Code: 5333 and 5411 during 1 NOV 22 – 31 JAN 23 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type RDM, space following by 16-digit credit card number follow by # and spending amount/sales slip and send to 0613845000 (3 Baht/time), if the spending has decimal, they must put it, but no need to put “ , ”. 5. The cardmembers who spend with card may redeem KTC Points equal to spending amount per sales slip to receive credit cash back in accordance with specified conditions only.
6. In the case that spending amount per sales slip have Thai Satang, KTC reserves the right to round up an extra fraction to a Thai Baht for the calculation of KTC Points redemption for a credit cash back under this promotion.
7. KTC Points redemption for credit cash back under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. Multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption.
8. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cast back under this promotion, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount starting from the successful registration day, and will also calculate sorted by the date and time of card spending transaction. The calculation will be processed on a monthly basis.
9. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmember’s credit card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
