Conditions to redeem KTC FOREVER points for 13% or 15% additional Discount
1.  We reserve the right to redeem KTC FOREVER  points for Discount according to this promotion for all types of KTC cardmembers who have available KTC FOREVER REWARDS points only. It excludes cardmembers of all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC – Nation Blood Center, Thai Red Cross Society, KTC VISA CORPORATE GOLD, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC for government agencies.
2. To calculate the spending to get additional discount according to this promotion, KTC will take only every 1,000 Baht/sale slip/every 1,000 KTC FOREVER R points to be redeemed for 13% or 15% additional discount of the mentioned spending, which is equal to 130 Baht or 150. Baht We reserve the right not to take the spending less than 1,000 Baht
3. If there is any price difference after discount deduction according to this promotion, cardmembers have to pay for the difference with the same KTC CREDIT CARD used for Points for Discount only.
4. The discount which cardmembers get from this promotion can be used for additional discount on products/services after all discount given by participating shops.
5. We reserve the right of Points for Discount for cardmembers with available KTC FOREVER points in their credit card account enough for redemption according to conditions defined in this promotion only.

Conditions for KTC FLEXI 0% Installment Plan
1.We reserve the right of products/services installment plan with KTC 0% Installment Plan to the payment for products/services as conditions defined only.
2. To give the privilege, we reserve the right not to calculate interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any fee, refund from products/services cancellation, or refund of any kind.
3.For products/services of which not participate in KTC 0% Installment Plan, cardmembers can enjoy 0.80%/ month for up to 10 months with minimum price of 3,000 Baht

Conditions for KTC-JCB credit card at affiliated stores 
1. This promotion is invented by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, or KTC, to give privilege of Discount to cardmembers of KTC JCB who have spending with KTC CREDIT CARD during 1 November 2018 – 31 January 2019 as conditions defined only.
2. The mentioned privilege is for payment in full only. We reserve the right not to take spending on all types of installment plan and any fee, or refund from products/services cancellation, or refund of any kind.
3. The KTC FOREVER points according to the privilege in this promotion comprises of 1 KTC FOREVER point (no expiry date)+ 2 special KTC FOREVER points ( expiry date is 31 January 2010 ).
4. KTC will transfer the special KTC FOREVER points into KTC credit card account of cardmembers as conditions defined within 60 days from last date of each calendar month (within 60 days from 18 Feb 19, 31 Mar 19 , 30 Apr 19 , 30 May 19  and30 Jun 19). 
5. The privilege according to this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed into cash, or transferred to others.
6. We reserve the right to give privilege of Cash Back to only cardmembers with normal account status and no record of overdue payment through the period of promotion until the date KTC gives privilege. This is up to KTC information.
7. We reserve the right to give, cancel, or revoke the privilege according to this promotion, be it some or all. We can claim damage fee (if any) if we find any acquisition by fraud or misbehave to get into participation in this promotion or using of credit cards for commercial trades or using credit cards against condition stated or with wrong objectives of consumption or the cardmember cancels the spending after KTC has given the privilege to the cardmember.
8. KTC is neither distributor nor service provider and is not responsible for the products/services. If there is any doubtful point or complaint about the products/services or need receipt or tax invoice, the cardmember can directly contact the dealer and/or the products/services owner.
9. We reserve the right to change or cancel detail, condition, and/or any privilege in this promotion (including changing gift to equivalent value) without notice in advance. If there is a dispute, KTC’s decision is final.
10. To complain on the privilege and/or conditions of this promotion, KTC reserves the right to take it from cardmembers by 31 July 2019 only, after this it becomes void in any case.
