Terms and Conditions

Exclusive for JCB Platinum or JCB higher status credit card issued in Thailand.
Make a reservation via www.AvisThailand.com/JCB and make a payment with JCB Platinum credit card only. Late return fee will be exempted for 4 hours, after 4 hours the rate will be calculated as 1 day rental.
Make a reservation at least 5 days in advanced.
This rate included VAT 7% with Unlimited Mileage and Basic Insurance “CDW” (Collision Damage Waiver) value THB 8,000 for small car engine 1,200 - 1,800cc and value THB15,000 for the engine from 2,000 cc.
This rate excluded : Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) , Theft Protection (TP), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) , Additional Driver, Other optional can purchase at AVIS counter.
This promotion may also not be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
Blackout period: 5 - 17 April, 1 - 12 December and 22 December - 5 January of the year is applied.
Rental Documents Required: 1) valid Passport or I.D. Card (Thai Residence Only) 2) Thai Driving License issued more than 1 year 3) valid credit card for pre-authorization / deposit and any surcharge.
AVIS reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion without prior notice and Standard Terms and Conditions will be applied.

The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
