Terms and Conditions for using KTC FOREVER points to redeem for cash back

This promotion ("item") is given to all types of KTC credit cards that have KTC FOREVER points and spend via KTC credit cards online through Trip.com between 15 Sep 19 - 31 Dec 19 ("Program period") only.
We reserve the right to exclude KTC - CASH BACK credit cards, KTC credit cards - National Blood Center, Thai Red Cross Society, KTC VISA CORPORATE credit cards, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING credit cards, KTC credit cards for government agencies, and cash press cards. Unable to participate in this program.
Members wishing to request a refund of credit under this program Must register every time to be eligible within the transaction date (1 time per online transaction) via www.ktc.co.th/GetATrip by specifying the following details.
1. 16 digit KTC credit card number
2. Spending via cards per online transaction (Specify as an integer In case of having a decimal point, round down)
3. Number of points needed to redeem for cash back as specified By limiting the redemption of the highest points to no more than the spending per online transaction And maximum cash back not over 10,000 Baht per transaction online following details

General Terms and Conditions

The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
