Terms & Conditions

  1. Krungthai Card Public Companyhas created this campaign for all KTC cardmembers who sign up for iFineLife &Accident Insurance with Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance PCL through designated channels and maketheir premium payment with a KTC card between 1 August and 31 October 2017 only. 
  2. After signing up for iFine Life & Accident Insurance, having a policy issued by Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance PCL and having paid its premium with a KTC CREDIT CARD within the campaign period, KTC cardmembers will receive; -
    • 15% cashback off the first premium amount paid
    •  a Tesco Lotus E-Voucher value 50 Baht for a contact detail given for our return phone call
  3. A cashback is reserved for policies issued by Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance PCL within the campaign period only.
  4. A Tesco Lotus E-Voucher is reserved for the first 1,500 KTC cardmembers who have left their contact details for our return phone call through designated channels and who have obtained complete information on life insurance products from the specialists of Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance PCL only.
  5. KTC will credit cashbackto your credit card account subject to these Terms and Conditionswithin 60 days after a policy has been issued and after your rightful cancellation period has expired.
  6. Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance PCL will send you a Tesco Lotus E-voucher (a Barcode/QR Code)via an SMS within 30 days after you have left your contact detail for our return phone call.
  7. We reserve the right to cancel, revoke or reclaimprivileges of this campaign whether in part or in whole as well as demand damages (if any) if finding that your eligibility is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or comes in bad faith or by a fraud or from a misuse of a KTC CREDIT CARD or that the premium payment or policy is cancelled after privileges have been claimed. 
  8. The privileges under this campaign will remain open to KTC cardmembers who maintain their membership status without a record of default or outstanding payment until they are granted by KTC.
  9. The privileges under this campaign cannot be exchanged or turned into cash or change. Nor will they be transferred to another person.
  10. KTC reserves the right to alter or change details, terms and/or conditions of this campaign without a prior notice to KTC cardmembers. In case of a dispute, a KTC decision will be final.
