Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion is arranged by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to grant exclusive privileges to all types of KTC cardmembers who comply with the determined terms and conditions from today to September 30th, 2017 only, except for those who have KTC - THAI RED CROSS TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC CASH BACK, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES, KTC VISA CORPORATE GOLD, KTC KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC PROUD Revolving Loan Credit Card. 
  2. When applying for Auto Payment Service with KTC credit card under the determined terms and conditions and there have been 3 cycles of utility and monthly service bill, KTC  cardmembers will receive 4 times special KTC Forever Rewards points that after including regular points shall not exceed 500 points per transaction. KTC reserves the right to exclude payment for TOT, MEA and PEA.
  3. KTC reserves the right to grant regular KTC FOREVER REWARDS points for the application of auto-payment for utilities and monthly services with KTC Credit Card whereas  KTC cardmembers are required to apply for such Auto Payment service through KTC system, namely KTC PHONE and in person at every branch of KTC TOUCH. The application must be a new application made throughout the promotional period. KTC will transfer the special KTC FOREVER REWARDS points granted under the promotion to  KTC cardmembers’ credit card account within 60 days after having 3 cycles of utility and monthly service bill. Special KTC FOREVER REWARDS points under the promotion will be valid with no expiration and cannot be transferred to any third party, nor may it be exchanged into cash.
  4. KTC reserves the right to award, cancel, revoke or reclaim any privileges granted to KTC cardmembers under the promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive this privilege, or if the credit card is used in breaching of determined conditions.
  5. KTC reserves the right to offer privilege under this program to KTC cardmembers who maintain their membership status and who are without a record of default or outstanding payment throughout the program until the day on which KTC FOREVER REWARDS points are granted to KTC cardmembers.  
  6. KTC reserves the right to amend or cancel terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of the promotion without prior notice. In the case of a dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.

Terms and Conditions for free call 100 minutes/ month for 3 months, or free data 1 GB/ month for 2 months
  1. The promotion is for monthly auto-payment application to receive free call 100 minutes/ month for 3 months, or free data 1 GB/ month for 2 months from DTAC.
  2. The promotion is for monthly service non-commercial customers who apply for auto-payment service with KTC Credit Card from January 1st – March 31st, 2017 to receive free call 100 minutes/ month for 3 months, or free data 1 GB/ month for 2 months from DTAC.   
  3. The applicants who have been approved of qualification under the determined terms and conditions will receive free call 100 minutes/ month for 3 months, or free data 1 GB/ month for 2 months from DTAC, starting from the date of auto-payment with KTC Credit Card approval. In this regard, the applicants will receive SMS confirming bonus granting before applying the free services. These privileges however will immediately expire if the service is temporarily or permanently suspended, or if the service has been changed from monthly service to prepaid service.
  4. In the case that the applicants have multiple DTAC monthly service numbers under the same registered name upon the application time, the applicants are required to register for all applicable numbers whereas the applicants will receive free call 100 minutes/ month for 3 months per each number, except for multi SIM services that the applicants will receive free call 100 minutes/ month for 3 months for the primary number only.
  5. Terms and conditions for usage and billing calculation will be based on DTAC phone usage of free call 100 minutes/ month for 3 months first, then after the free bonus the calculation will be based on primary promotion of each number. In this regard, if the primary promotion does not have call usage service or if the usage exceeds the availability, DTAC will calculate billing in accordance with the rate designated for each particular primary promotion at the time of usage.  
  6. For this free call 100 minutes/ month for 3 months, or free data 1 GB/ month for 2 months promotion, the users may revoke monthly auto-payment service with KTC Credit Card by notifying the bank or credit card provider or Total Access Communication PLS no later than 60 days in advance whereas the cancellation will be effective from the following billing cycle after the advance notification has been made.  
  7. Free calling bonus cannot be returned, refund or exchanged into cash or any other objects, nor may it be transferred to any third party or any juristic person. 
  8. The company reserves the right to amend, change, suspend or cancel any terms and conditions without prior notice. Should there be any government regulations, notifications or policies requiring to amend, change, suspend or cancel any terms and conditions of this service or to increase burden to the company’s operation, the company reserves the right to end, change, suspend or cancel any terms and conditions as appropriate whereas the advance notification will be made through appropriate channel.
