What should be done when user forgot Email?

Go to "My Account" and select submenu "Forgot Email" then fill in registered KTC card number, Citizen ID. and click “OK”. System will verify user via OTP then inform registered Email domain. Also, Notified Email will be sent to confirm the request of “Forgot Email” .

What should be done if use still forgot Email after receiving Email domain?

Simply contact KTC PHONE 02 123 5000.
