What should be done when user forgot password?

Go to "My Account" and select submenu "Forgot Password" then fill in registered KTC card number and registered Email and click "OK" . System will verify user via OTP then enter new password and reconfirm then click "OK" . Also, Notified Email will be sent to confirm the request of “Forgot Password” .

After setting new password, is it possible to access ClickKTC immediately?

Yes, user can access ClickKTC immediately.
