How many times OTP can be used in 1 request?

OTP can be used once per transaction.

How long OTP can be used per time?

OTP will last for 3 minutes. If new OTP is requested, old one will be expired immediately.

Which channel can receive OTP?

KTC will send OTP via SMS to mobile number registered with KTC.

What is process to use OTP for online transaction?

Once user received OTP via SMS (6 digit number), OTP must be filled in. User can cross check OTP with Reference on display screen and in SMS.

How many time user can request for OTP?

No limited time to request OTP.

How to know that currently mobile number is the one registered with KTC?
