Terms and Conditions for x3 KTC Points

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who have KTC FOREVER ("KTC Points") and spend on card at Bluelight Sapchoti Suitcaser and HQ intertrade store on KTC U SHOP via LINE and KTC MOBILE Application during 1 Mar 25 – 30 Apr 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only. 
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion:  all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE , KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.  
3. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered Card, for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion. 
4. Cardmembers who spend on card at at Bluelight Sapchoti Suitcaser and HQ intertrade store on KTC U SHOP via KTC MOBILE Application, will earn X3 KTC Points (x1 of regular point and x2 of extra points) into their card account in accordance to the specified terms and conditions. 
5. KTC will credit Extra KTC Points to Cardmembers’ card account within 60 days after the end of Promotion Period.  
6. Extra KTC Points earned from this Promotion will be expired on 31 Dec 26.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
