Terms and Conditions for Payment for Goods/Services with KTC FOREVER Points in lieu of Cash

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of  KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 25 Oct 23 to 31 Dec 24 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card. 
3. Cardmembers can pay for goods and services according to the terms of rate of every 1 KTC point is equal to 0.10 baht.
4. In the case that the amount of products/services with satang, KTC reserves the right to round up a fraction to a unit of baht to be used as a product/service amount. In calculating the number of accumulated points to redeem for payment under this program.
5. Cardmembers can use KTC points as specified to pay for goods/services instead of cash. If the price difference is 200 Baht or more for a single transaction, they must pay the full difference using the same card they used for the points.
6. We reserve the right to use KTC points to pay for goods/services instead of cash under this promotion. only for cardmembers with points in the card account of members is sufficient to meet the conditions specified in this list only.
7. Point redemption under this program for payment of goods/services per 1 sale slip only.
8. Cannot withdraw, change to cash or another form of payment and cannot change the difference into cash in condition of purchasing products/services less than the value of points.
9. Points cannot be redeemed for liquor, beer, cigarettes, playing cards, formula milk powder for children from birth to 1 year old, herbal tea, white sugar 1 kg., pharmaceutical group, medical supplies, all types of calling cards, top-up slips, online top-ups of all kinds, A-Cash cards, Ran game cards, game slips, slips of internet of all kinds, mobile phones, tablets, set-top boxes of all kinds, electronic products, TEN TEN products, TG59, Holen, Kokubu, Morningkiss, Monantita, Aroma essential herbs, Smart Purse top-up service, packs all types of TRUE, postage stamps, air tickets, charity products, all kinds of premiums, 24-Catalog, all types of Doi Kham honey.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
