KTC will transfer funds to the store’s account (Thai bank account) by summarizing the transactions and sending the amount via PromptPay by 9:00 PM daily. For Alipay+ transactions, the transfer will be made by 11:00 PM daily. Funds will be credited to the store’s account on the next business day.

The store can check transaction details via KTC Online at https://www.ktc.co.th/online, where you can view transaction summaries and download receipts. You can also download electronic tax invoices (e-Tax invoice) for up to 365 days.​

The store can redeem or accept payment using KTC Forever points according to the conditions set by KTC.

The fee is calculated based on the transaction amount using the following example for KTC VISA:​
Transaction amount: 10,000 THB​
Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) 1.5% = 150 THB​
VAT 7% on MDR = 10.50 THB​
Amount credited to the store: 10,000 – (150 + 10.50) ​ = 9,839.50 THB​
