You will receive payment confirmations from the application, ‘TapMerchant’ or from SMS and e-mails. Your customers will receive payment confirmations from SMS and e-mails. In case that you have not received a payment confirmation, please contact KTC MERCHANT service
at telephone no. 02 123 5700 press 0, 24 hours every day.
Can I immediately cancel a transaction that has been made through QR Pay?
You cannot immediately cancel the transaction. You need to request for a transaction correction form by contacting KTC MERCHANT service
at telephone no. 02 123 5700 press 0, 24 hours every day.
How can I check the transaction reports from card payments and money transfers?
You can check the transaction reports using 2 channels
1. Check the transaction reports via the application, ‘TapMerchant’. You can view reports from the last 3 days.
2. Check the transaction reports and receive a tax invoice on the next day using KTC Online service on our website https://www.ktc.co.th/online.
You can view reports from the last 30 days.
What are the types of credit cards that QR PAY can accept payments?
Currently, only Visa or Mastercard credit cards issued in Thailand are supported by the following applications: KTC (KTC Mobile), SCB (SCB Easy), Krungsri (Uchoose), KBANK (K PLUS), and BANGKOK BANK (Bangkok Bank).
