Apply for KTC Merchant

Required documents​
  • A copy of the applicant’s national ID card or passport (for foreigners, need Work Permit).
  • Bank statement for the past 4 months (accept all Banking).
  • A copy of Krungthai Bank (For bank account transfers)
  • Business license or commercial registration (if applicable)​
  • A copy of commercial registration (The merchant must register for at least 6 months) or A commercial lease agreement (long term, monthly with a minimum 6 months) and agreement must have at least 3 months validation.

Required Documents

for Juristic Applicants
  • A copy of certificate of company registration (The company must have been registered at least 6 months, and the certificate is dated within 6months.)

Required Documents

for Individual Applicant
  • A copy of commercial registration (The merchant must register for at least 6 months) or A commercial lease agreement (long term, monthly with a minimum 6 months) and agreement must have at least 3 months validation.

Additional Required Documents

for e-Commerce merchants
  • Agreement to Maintain Funds in the Deposit Account and Consent for Deduction(s) (Bank guarantee)
  • A copy of e-commerce registration certificate or a hosting / domain name license (if applicable)
