Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How can I create my own payment links?
You can create your own links by logging in KTC MERCHANT system and following instructions in the manual. Once links are created,
you can copy them and paste in the channels that you contact customers.
Are the payment links time-limited?
You can adjust your links’ time limit to up to 72 hours. Without setting, the links will be expired after 15 minutes.
How can I know that my customers have made payments?
You can check and track the customer’s payment status real-time by selecting the menu “Track Status” in KTC MERCHANT system.
What are the types of cards that customers can use with the links for installment payments?
Customers can use KTC credit cards or KTC PROUD cash cards. The maximum installment payment plans are up to 24 months
and subject to specific terms and conditions.
Can I edit the payment links that I have already created?
Once links are created, they cannot be edited. You have to cancel the links by selecting “Manage” under the menu “Track Status”.
After that, you can create a new link.
Can I cancel a paid transaction upon customer request?
Yes, you can by entering KTC Payment Gateway Administration system. Then go to the Operation tab in the menu under Transaction Detail
and cancel the transaction or refund your customer, which is subject to specific conditions.
