How secure is this service?
KTC PAYMENT GATEWAY uses standardized firewall security policies to support transactions of cards that are registered with
Verified by Visa (VbV), Mastercard Secure Code and J/Secure to ensure that cards are authenticated and accurate.
What is an OTP?
An OTP or One Time Password is a set of single-use password for verifying identity of the cardholder. This password is sent to the phone number that the cardholder registered with the card issuing bank. The cardholder is required to enter an OTP in every online transaction. Therefore, you can be ensured that every transaction is made by an authenticated cardholder. This process reduces chances of fraudulent activities.
How will I receive payment notifications?
You can check payment status from notification e-mails that are sent to you or you can log in the real-time management system or
you can access API Connect to automatically receive the results.
Can I manage or cancel a transaction by myself?
Yes, you can by logging in the system and following instructions in the manual provided by KTC or you can contact KTC MERCHANT service
at telephone no. 02 123 5700, 24 hours every day.
What are measures that the system uses to protect credit card payment information?
KTC PAYMENT GATEWAY encrypts data of merchants and cardholders using SSL 2048 bits, which is a high technology security standard.
We reassure you that all information is professionally and carefully stored and encrypted.
Are there any fees in connecting with PAYMENT GATEWAY?
No, there is no fee.
Can I cancel a transaction immediately after my customer completed the payment and requested for cancellation?
Yes, you can cancel the transaction on the same day before the system calculates sales revenue from credit/debit cards at 21.00
and from ALIPAY at 23.00.
