Qualifications

Public companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) with annual revenue of at least THB 200 million.
Non-listed companies with annual revenue of at least THB 200 million, with a fixed deposit pledged to Krungthai Bank ranging from THB 50,000 to THB 1,000,000.
State-Supervised Agencies (Non-Governmental Departments) with juristic person status such as State-Owned Enterprises and Public Organizations meeting the following requirements:
- Operate for public services on a non-profit basis.
- Receive annual government subsidies under the Annual Appropriations Act.
- Established by or with government participation, whereby the government retains authority to appoint or remove management/board members and approve annual budgets.
- Personnel are government officials, but the organization has flexible management structures similar to the private sector.
- Submit financial statements to the State Audit Office of the Kingdom of Thailand annually.

This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC prepared to give cash back credit benefits to KTC VISA CORPORATE credit card members ("cardmember/cardmembers") with spending through KTC VISA CORPORATE credit card (the “card”) during the period from January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025 ("Program Period") only. All rights reserved except KTC VISA CORPORATE credit card members of state enterprises, public companies, government regulatory agencies that are not government agencies are not eligible to participate to receive 0.40% cash back from this program.
Cardmember with spending via the card during the program period will receive 0.40% cash back credit of the spending to the cardmember's card account according to the specified conditions.
KTC will accumulate the spending amount of all cards under the same credit limit of the cardmember, which occurred during the program period, to calculate to give cash back credit all at once to member’s card account at the end of the program period by not separating the card.
KTC reserves the right not to give cash back credit in this promotion for the spending from the specified categories are as below:

The spending mentioned above will not be calculated to receive a refund credit on this item.
KTC will credit the cash back to member’s card account within 60 days after the end of December 2024.
Cash back credit according to this promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or transfer rights to others.
KTC reserves the right to give, cancel, revoke or restore the cash back, whether in whole or in part, including calling for compensation (if any) if found to be fraudulent, in order to acquire rights in this promotion or use the card for commercial business or misconduct specified conditions or the purpose of using the card or having to cancel the spending item later at KTC has given credit back to cardmembers.
KTC reserves the right to give a cash back credit for cardmembers that remain the membership status and do not default on payment throughout the program period until the date KTC makes a credit transfer to the member's account.
KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement about products and / or services. In the case of members having questions or complaints about products or services or needing a receipt / tax invoice, please contact the manufacturer, distributors and / or owners of that product or service directly.
