Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (KTC)revealed thatMrs. Pittaya Vorapanyasakul, President and Chief Executive Officer,received the“Coaching Advocacy Impact Award”as the first female executive in Thailand recognized for her strong and sustainable integration of coaching into the organizational culture to drive meaningful change. The award ceremony was held at the Thammasat Association under the Royal Patronage during International Coaching Week.Miss Janejit Ladpli, Head of Public and Corporate Affairs Division,represented Mrs. Pittaya in receiving the award fromMs. Hongyok Chimphan, President of International Coaching Federaration, Bankok Chapter,andDr. Atchara Juicharern, CEO of AcComm Group, leading executive coaches promoting coaching culture in organizations. This annual award is presented in Thailand and globally to recognize the creative and principled application of coaching that delivers real value within organizations.
