Mr. Praphaisith Tankeyura, Chairman of the Audit Corporate Governance and Sustainability CommitteeatKrungthai Card Public Company Limited (KTC),recently represented the company in receiving the certificate of renewal for membership in the Private Sector Collective Action against Corruption (CAC), reaffirming KTC’s continued certification as a committed member. The certificate was presented byMr. Kulvat Janvatanavit, Secretary of the CAC,at Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai, Bangkok.
Mr. Praphaisithstated, “Today’s economy is becoming increasingly complex in terms of market environment and systems, with organizations facing challenges such as rising competition, rapid technological changes, and stricter regulations. At KTC, anti-corruption and anti-bribery efforts remain a top priority, as these issues directly impact our reputation, stakeholder trust, and overall business performance. Building a transparent and ethical corporate culture is essential to preventing corrupt practices. This must be supported by strong internal control systems and ongoing internal audit processes to ensure strict compliance at all levels.”
