KTC Holds 2025 Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting via an E-Meeting and Approved 1.32 Baht Dividend Payment

Mr. Prasong Poontaneat, Chairman of the Board of DirectorsandMrs. Pittaya Vorapanyasakul, Chief Executive OfficeratKrungthai Card Public Company Limited (KTC),along with the Board of Directors, held a general shareholders' meeting to report 2024 operating results and present key agenda items. The meeting approved a dividend of 1.32 baht per share, with a record date of April 18, 2025, and a payment date of May 2, 2025, totaling 3,403.4 million baht. The meeting was conducted electronically in accordance with the Electronic Meetings Act B.E. 2020 and other applicable regulations.
