Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (KTC) held its 2026 annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM) via electronic means, during which shareholders approved all agenda items proposed by the board, including a dividend payment of Bt1.77 per share. The dividend, amounting to a total of Bt4.56 billion, is scheduled for payment on April 30, 2026.
Chairman Prasong Poontaneat and the board of directors reported the company’s operating results for 2025, during which the KTC Group recorded a net profit of Bt7.78 billion, up 4.6% year-on-year. The total loan portfolio stood at Bt111.59 billion, an increase of 0.4%, while asset quality remained strong with a non-performing loan (NPL) ratio of 1.79%, well below the industry average.
The shareholders approved all proposed agenda items, including the payment of dividends at the rate of Baht 1.77 per share, totaling Baht 4,563,651,304, to be paid to shareholders on April 30, 2026.
KTC continues to focus on innovation- and technology-driven growth while maintaining prudent credit portfolio management, strengthening digital capabilities and advancing sustainability initiatives, with the aim of achieving long-term and sustainable growth.
The meeting also approved the appointment of Suripong Tantiyanon as a director to replace Somchai Kuvijitsuwan, who retired by rotation. In addition, the board resolved to appoint Mr Somchai as a director in place of Kornkanok Fuengfung, who resigned. Mr Somchai will serve as an independent director and a member of the audit, corporate governance and sustainability committee, effective April 2, 2026, for the remainder of the term.
