Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, or “KTC,” continues to advance its digital transformation under the strategy “Building a Sustainable Future Through Digital Transformation.” By placing data at the center of its business, KTC integrates technology, data, and people across the organization to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen risk management, and elevate the member experience. The Company’s continuous transformation efforts are designed to improve organizational agility, increase productivity, and establish a strong foundation for sustainable, quality growth.

This approach is reflected in KTC Group’s operating performance for the second quarter of 2026. The Group reported a net profit of Baht 2,225 million, representing an increase of 17.4% year on year. Its cost-to-income ratio also improved to 34.6%, from 35.0% in the same period last year, reflecting greater operational efficiency, disciplined cost management, and a continued focus on portfolio quality.

Mrs. Pittaya Vorapanyasakul, President & Chief Executive Officer of KTC, said, “For KTC, digital transformation is not simply about investing in technology. It is about transforming the way the entire organization operates by placing data at the center and connecting the work of every business function.

“This enables us to make better-informed decisions, improve processes continuously, and respond to change with greater agility. Ultimately, it allows KTC to deliver greater value and better experiences to our members while supporting sustainable business growth.”

KTC drives its transformation through four strategic pillars: Reach Better, Grow Healthier, Bond Tighter, and Work Smarter. As outlined in the Company’s 2025 (B.E. 2568) 56-1 One Report, these pillars cover the expansion of digital access, quality and sustainable growth, stronger member relationships, and greater operational efficiency.

Under Reach Better, KTC continues to expand access to its products and services through digital channels. The Company has enhanced its e-Application platform, enabling customers to apply for financial products through a seamless end-to-end digital process. Credit assessment models have also been adopted to support lending decisions, helping broaden access to financial products while maintaining appropriate risk management standards.

KTC has further developed KTC Mobile as the primary digital platform through which members can conveniently and securely access products, services, and account information. At the same time, the Company continues to strengthen personalized communication by leveraging data analytics to deliver offers, privileges, and recommendations tailored to individual preferences, rather than adopting a one-size-fits-all approach.

Through Grow Healthier, KTC remains committed to achieving quality growth while creating long-term value for all stakeholders. The Company conducts its business responsibly, fairly, and transparently under its environmental, social, and governance framework, while continuing to develop digital innovation and technology to deliver products and services that better meet the evolving needs of members and society.

This commitment has been recognized through KTC’s inclusion in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2026 for the third consecutive year. KTC is the only Thai company selected in the Diversified Financial Services and Capital Markets industry and is among the top 15% of companies in its industry under the criteria of the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment.

Under Bond Tighter, KTC focuses on delivering a seamless, secure, and reliable member experience across all key touchpoints, including KTC Mobile, LINE, Facebook, the KTC website, and the Contact Center. The Company continues to enhance digital tools that enable employees to access relevant information more efficiently, allowing them to respond to members more quickly, accurately, and consistently.

KTC has also strengthened its fraud prevention capabilities through enhanced transaction monitoring and detection systems designed to improve the identification and prevention of suspicious activity. In parallel, the Company has introduced digital credit cards featuring Dynamic CVV technology, together with Numberless Cards, to minimize the exposure of sensitive card information and provide members with greater confidence and security when making digital payments.

Through Work Smarter, KTC continues to improve internal operations by adopting digital tools, automation, and integrated data platforms to reduce repetitive tasks, shorten processing times, and enable employees to devote more time to higher-value work.

The Company also promotes a Citizen Developer culture by empowering employees to develop practical business solutions using low-code technology. KTC has also established Fusion Teams that bring together business and technology expertise to accelerate the development of solutions that address actual operational needs.

In parallel, KTC continues to explore the appropriate application of artificial intelligence in business processes where it can create meaningful value and improve operational effectiveness.

Mrs. Pittaya added, “Technology creates meaningful value only when it helps an organization operate more efficiently, make better-informed decisions, and deliver better experiences to its members.

“Our digital investments are therefore not focused on short-term gains. They are intended to build a stronger foundation that enhances organizational agility, strengthens risk management, and ensures that KTC is well prepared to support sustainable, long-term growth.
