KTC Passed Resolutions at Its 2024 Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting via an E-Meeting and Approved a Dividend Payment of 1.27 Baht on May 3rd.

Mr. Prasong Poontaneat, Independent Director, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, andMrs. Pittaya Vorapanyasakul, President & Chief Executive Officer, “KTC” or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, presided over a general meeting of shareholders to report on the operating results for the year 2023 and to present various agendas for consideration. During the meeting, shareholdersapproved the payment of dividends at the rate of 1.27 baht per share, scheduled for May 3^rd, 2024, totaling 3,274.48 million baht. Additionally, a resolution was passed to approve the retirement of three directors upon completion of their terms, who will return to their positions as directors: Mr. Somchai Kuvijitsuwan, Mrs. Praralee Ratanaprasartporn, and Mr. Rathian Srimongkol. The meeting was conducted today via an e-meeting at the Main Conference Room, “KTC” UBC II building, on Sukhumvit road, in compliance with the Emergency Decree on Meetings via Electronic Media B.E. 2020, as well as other relevant laws and regulations. Prior to the meeting date, shareholders were provided with notice of personal data protection (Privacy Notice).
