Director General of the Legal Execution Department Joined Forces with KTC for 1/2024 Mediation Fair at the Court Execution Level.

Recently,the Department of Legal Execution under the Ministry of Justice,led byMr. Seaksan Sooksang(Center),the Director General, along withMs. Penrawee Masaeng(4^thfrom left), Deputy Director General,andMrs. Pittaya Vorapanyasakul(2^ndfrom left),President and Chief Executive Officer“KTC”orKrungthai Card Public Company Limited, participated spearheaded the opening ceremony of the 1/2024 Mediation Fair at the Court Execution Level at Thai Summit Tower. The executives from KTC, Krungthai Business Leasing Company Limited (KTBL), and Win Performance Company Limited also extended a warm welcome at the event.

The Mediation fair aimed to provide a convenient platform for KTC and KTBL customers residing in Bangkok to negotiate debt repayment. The mediator from the Legal Execution Department will facilitate the negotiations and find to achieve mutually beneficial resolutions for the cases at no cost. Notably, the fair attracted a significant number of participants, with 2,659 accounts collectively amounting to 320 million baht in debt. KTC has consistently organized mediation fairs, with this event being the 31st in the series. The next fair will be held in Surat Thani on May 19, 2024; Ubon Ratchathani on August 18, 2024; Chiang Mai on October 20, 2024.
