Mr. Peerapong Pitrpibulpatit, Head of Office of President & CEO“KTC”orKrungthai Card Public Company Limited,in collaboration with theLegal Execution Department under the Ministry of Justice, Krungthai Business Leasing Company Limited (KTBL),andWin Performance Company Limited,will organize a mediation fair at the court execution level onFebruary 17-18, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.at the Wiwattanachai Conference Room on the 8th Floor of Thai Summit Tower, Bangkok.The event aims to provide a platform for KTC and KTBL debtors to negotiate debt repayment. A mediator from the Legal Execution Department will be present to facilitate the negotiations and find resolutions for the cases at no cost.
Debtors only need to prepare supporting documents for the negotiations on the event day, including a copy of their national ID signed to certify true copy. If mediation is authorized on the debtor's behalf, kindly provide a copy of the national ID for both the card user and the authorized person, signed to certify true copies, and a power of attorney document.
