KTC reveals that modern consumers are increasingly turning to delivery platforms for their convenience and efficiency. The 3 most popular services among members are food delivery, ride-hailing and online grocery shopping. As a result, in May 2024, credit card spending on delivery platforms grew by 15%, with a 10% increase in number of customers. Recently, KTC partnered with Grab and LINE MAN to offer discounts for food deliverythroughout 2024.
Miss Varitta Phatanarajta, Head of Credit Card Marketing Division, “KTC”orKrungthai Card Public Company Limited,revealed that currently, member behavior has significantly shifted towards using delivery platforms, a trend that has persisted post-COVID. This shift is driven by the variety of services available, which cater to all needs. Members' most popular services include food delivery / ride-hailing and online shopping from supermarkets or convenience stores, respectively. In May 2024, spending in the delivery category increased by 15%, and the number of cardmembers increased by 10% year-over-year. KTC is dedicated to expanding the coverage for members through collaboration with major delivery platform partners, Grab and LINE MAN, to enhance convenience and benefits in food ordering services. Privilege 1:Discount of up to 80 bahton a minimum food order of 300 baht (excluding delivery fee). New customers enjoy an 80 baht discount with the KTCNEW code, and existing customers enjoy a 50 baht discount with the KTCFOOD code. Members can enter the discount code before paying with a KTC credit card upon ordering food exclusively through GrabFood.
Privilege 2:Anextra 50 baht discount e-Couponupon redeeming 399 KTCFOREVERpoints.
This discount can be used with other discount codes or regular discounts upon a minimum food order of 200 baht (excluding delivery fee). Members can enter the e-Coupon code redeemed from the KTC Mobile app and choose to pay via GrabPay with a KTC credit card before ordering.
2. LINE MAN: Receive 2x special privileges
Privilege 1:Discount of up to 80 bahton food orders through LINE MAN.
New customers enjoy an 80 baht discount with the KTCNEW80 code on minimum food order of 250 baht. Existing customers enjoy a 30 baht discount with the KTC30 code on a minimum food order of 180 baht (food only). Members can enter the discount code before paying with a KTC credit card exclusively on the LINE MAN application.
Special offer! For new customers outside Bangkok and its vicinity: enjoy an 80 baht discountwith the KTCUPC80 code on a minimum food order of only 200 baht (food only).
