The partnership brings together expertise from the financial and real estate sectors to address one of the biggest hurdles facing homebuyers: upfront purchase costs. The companies said the collaboration is designed to support consumers throughout the home-buying process, from financial planning and liquidity management to mortgage financing.

 

Under the program, KTC credit cardmembers purchasing homes or condominiums in participating SENA projects can pay booking and contract-signing fees through a 0% installment plan for up to 10 months while earning 10-times KTC FOREVER points.
