Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (KTC) has revealed that Thai consumers are increasingly adopting a multi-app lifestyle, particularly across food delivery and e-commerce platforms, with “Multi-App Users” generating significantly higher spending, stronger engagement, and more consistent long-term card usage than single-app users. Backed by this insight, KTC is rolling out a nationwide strategy with leading partners to drive continuous spending and deliver seamless, everyday value.
Mr. Nattasit Soontranu, Head of the Credit Card Marketing Division at Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (KTC), said multi-app users clearly stand out in both engagement and spending levels. To capture this behavior, KTC has launched the “Point Combo” campaign, allowing cardmembers to redeem just 1,299 KTC FOREVER points plus 1 baht via the KTC Mobile app for a bundle of seven digital coupons worth 534 baht (from a regular 5,340 points). Running from May 1 to June 30, 2026, the package spans key daily services—from food delivery and dining deals to beverages, transport, and online shopping—across platforms such as LINE MAN, Shopee, Hungry Hub, Robinhood, Taobin, Grab, and ShopeeFood, encouraging members to try new apps while reinforcing daily usage nationwide.
Complementing this, KTC has introduced a second campaign that links dining and shopping behavior. From May 1 to August 31, 2026, cardmembers who spend 3,000 baht or more per transaction on Grab, LINE MAN, Robinhood, or Hungry Hub will receive a 100-baht Lazada discount code instantly via the KTC Mobile app, with no prior registration required.
KTC noted that both campaigns are designed to align with evolving digital lifestyles, leveraging its KTC FOREVER points to create tangible value while connecting consumer journeys across platforms. By extending access beyond major cities, the company aims to accelerate nationwide adoption of digital spending and strengthen long-term engagement with its cardmembers.
